Last July 16, 2014 was the unveiling of the official logo of Higalaay: Kagay-an Festival 2014 held at SM activity center.

The
festival is that time of the year when Kagay-anons seek out friends,
make new friends, and go beyond self-interests to be friends for others.
It is a festival in time for the fiesta celebration of the city's
patron saint, St. Augustine on 28th of August 2014.
The
following is the festival core events and activities which are the
rallying points for a campaign to promote Cagayan de Oro City and the
surrounding areas as an investment and tourism destination.
