Four months ago, I encountered an issue with a certain bank in whom my online bank account was hacked. To make it short, had filed my complaints and then after three and a half month they issued a resolution that the investigation that was made was in favor with the bank. Quite disappointed since it turned out that I was the cuplrit instead of being a victim. I don't know what kind of investigators they have because they have so many lapses during the process. Maybe they can't afford to hire investigators from www.easybackgrounds.com background checks because even myself or my friends and relatives didn't got the chance to receieve any calls from them for a simple investagation/background check about my side.
Anyway, still hoping for a positive result because I filed another complaint for a reinvestigation of the said case. I know I have the right for this....
