No I'm not, but my hubby does! Every time he eats his full meal, he sees to it that he has something sweet to intake in order to close his appetite. However there are also advantages as well as disadvantages of eating such. One is, if we eat: we can obtain glucose which is in a form of energy to make us active but we should only eat (take note) 2 or maximum 3 sweets no more than that.. On the other hand if we eat too much: it is not good for our health and the worst is...it will makes us fat.
But anyway, who would not love to eat if somebody will give you a Shari's Berries chocolate strawberries? I think no one would dare to refuse just like me.:) This time around I will be called sweets lover too. lol
