We were so fortunate enough that we visited again the Christmas Symbols Capital of the Philippines: Tangub City! We are so proud that we came from the same province. Wow! I never thought how blessed I am for the month of October because God allowed me to experience another opportunity to travel with my co-workers as part of our Experiential Learning in our office. Last October 22-27, 2012, for the first time I was with the technical group just enjoying the beauty of nature for the whole week. Thank you Lord for this once in a lifetime travel shouldered by the office. *wink* Hope this is just the beginning.... :)

The rest of the day was spent for a long-hour travel, tiring yet enjoying. Headed back to Manila for a 1 day strolling and shopping anywhere we wanted to go. Then finally went home with all the pasalubongs we had for our dear loved-ones.
This is a long and overdue post but anyway, just want to share our experiences as we travel out of the country for the first time....
Last October 7, 2012 was our 7th wedding anniversary and God has blessed us with this kind of opportunity to travel with my hubby out from our kids for the first time. On the same day, we traveled and that we were so thankful that we didn't encounter any problems with the immigration. Truly God favored us during these 4 nights and 3 days travel. We did enjoy our company as we rekindle the love that we've cherished for almost 10 years. So here are the itineraries that we went through....
Day1: Visiting their Hotels/Casinos.....Grand Lisboa, Wynn Hotel (Dragon & Prosperity Tree Show), City of Dreams, The Venetian (famous Gondola Ride), MGM, Star World and etc....
Day 2: Flora Garden with their cable cars, Flea or red Market, San Malu, Churches and the famous The Ruins of St. Paul and watched the Performance Lake Show at Wynn Hotel
Last Day (3): Went to Macau Tower: at floor 53 is the observation deck and went to 61st floor for the outside deck where the highest bungee jumping would take place and lastly we went to see the Macau's Giant Panda named Xin2x and Kai2x.
Thank you Lord for allowing things to happen. I know this is just the beginning of our exploration journey with my family. Looking forward for another out of the country vacation with my kids next year!
We were kinda‘ sad when she celebrated her 6th birthday last October 7 since me and her dad went out of the country for a trip. It was actually the first time that she blew her candle without us surrounding her. Anyway, her day turned out to be a memorable one since my parents and sister was with her the whole day (treated her for a birthday lunch and a night swimming with cousins). Indeed, it was a happy day for her!
Well, I have nothing much to say but thank you Lord for giving such a lovely daughter! All our prayers for her is to continue to grow and to have more faith in the Lord, a good health and abounding blessings in all aspect of her life.

I never imagined that was seven years ago when we exchanged our “I Do’s” with each other. Whew! Time flies really so fast that for 7 years of being together we never thought we could be this blessed as we build our family along the way. Trials are just so normal in every relationship and that I thank God that we always ended up victorious and that our relationships are getting much stronger because of what we've been through plus we have our God in our midst. To sum it all, we bring God’s glory and honor back to Him for giving us these wonderful years full of love, blessings and even trials of being together.
To the man I love….I will love you more no matter what until the end!

Well, part of us are so excited to experience and part of us will be sad because we can’t celebrate with our daughter’s 6th birthday on the same date. Anyway, my parents will be there for our kids so I will be quite okay with this kind of situation. Hoping and praying that everything will go well.
Wake me up when September ends!!!! Yay! I never thought that it’s already October now and our most awaited first time to travel out of the country will be going to realize days from now. As I've said, we will be treating ourselves for a holiday since on the 7th will be our 7th Wedding Anniversary. :)
I never thought Fairy Hobmother would come and visit my haven for the second time around (wohooo!). According to him, he was truly impressed of this site and that he will send me some joy along my way in the form of an Amazon voucher or in cash if I want to. Cool! We all know that TV commercials are still the largest mass medium for advertising ~a part of every business marketing plan. But take note, with the growth of internet and social media sites another medium of advertising is starting to overtake.
1. The consumers’ awareness that are getting stronger online. I really thank God that through social media consumers can now voice their thoughts and be able to share what’s on their mind (interesting, right?). Regarding the case of the state "no approved therapeutic claims" be changed to "Mahalagang Paalala: Ang (name of product) Ay Hindi Gamot At Hindi Dapat Gamiting Panggamot sa Anumang Uri ng Sakit”, is a good idea just to present it in a manner in which it can be easily understood by the many. But again, if people will not really care to read on an important ant notice then it will be and will always be useless unless the Department of Health willfully change the mindset of Filipinos regarding this important matter. I hope DOH will do something about it!
2. Another issue in here is that Loyalty gimmicks might click but it is the community that counts. Giving loyalties to your customer is one way of giving value to them but sometimes marketing plans like these may tend to irritate some customers in some other ways. Good for me that I haven’t experienced such irritating calls from them to come for a free consultation and etc. Although it is really an effort for them but I would rather prefer buying those medicines that creates a community impact like joining raffle draws, contests online and the likes. So far, I am signing up for free vitamins (still don’t know the product yet) for my kids in exchange for a simple review and this really counts big in a certain community.
I really do like the Unilab products on how they do campaigns online because they really take their time posting it on social media sites asking the consumers to like their page and that one thing about it is that they are also up for free bloggers sign-up who are willing to do a review for them in exchange of their products of your choice.
3. Brand positioning is as important as targeting your consumers ~ why would they buy your brand in preference to others? Have you noticed in tv commercials nowadays that they are using a multi-level marketing models, a celebrity-driven commercials and even use a heavy advertising? Well for me, partly they did not help in contributing the effectiveness of the endorsed product but they are just being used to drive the consumers to buy their product in preference to others just like in the case of John Lloyd Cruz in Biogesic, Manny Pacquiao of Alaxan and many others. To be honest, I don’t easily take over the counter medicines because it doesn’t work for me and that sometimes I may question if it’s really worth buying for because it is not as effective as their spiel and as safe as what they say. Some people may tend to buy that product because of the endorser itself, not knowing on its effectiveness and safety of the product as a whole, but not for me because I am completely the exact opposite.
Oh well another controversy, TV ads like this should not be aired because promoting violence as one way to catch the viewers/consumers' attention is really a big NO, NO! So true that normally we Filipinos will just take it as a funny or a humorous ad, but take note that the ad does not only be seen by adults but kids do too. They also contribute as the major viewers who would like to mimic what they see and hear on TV. In my daughter’s case, every time she’ll take her medicine she would ask me…”eh safe ba yan?”. :)
I totally agree with the idea that DOH should set clear guidelines and policies on what kind of advertisements to be aired or not both online and offline. I don't believe they don't have a screening committee on this, but oh well we have nothing to do if they themselves don’t know what violence is all about or maybe they just see it on the other’s perspective way. Hope they'll do something about this, not just purely for promotion!
Just this morning as I was excused from the office for half-day for the reason that I joined the CSC Fun Run, I grabbed the opportunity to get my Student Permit (driver's license). It's been a long time already that I really wanted to have one for me but time and opportunity did not allow such to happen.The transaction was done for almost 2 hours and well it's kinda worth waiting for.
Thanks God and after a month I will be aiming for my plastic card already! Oops! Reminding myself to master my driving skills this time....*woot*

Definitely you’ve experience such, just like me! Well, I really hate business entities like such that doesn’t care about customer service. Don’t you know that customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are one of the key factors for the company’s survival? It would be so nice on your end if you can send out a happy customer out of your business and a happy customer back to your business.
Now here comes the dilemma because small-business owners tend to focus so much time on attracting new customers that sometimes they forgot about the effort it takes to create loyal customers. Remember that it’s more expensive to get new customers than to retain them that is why one has to develop and nurture a relationship with your customers like communicating them regularly and providing them the consistently over-the-top service.

I know not all people are given this kind of abilities/skills in decorating or designing one's home, right? So blessed that I am not one of them. There are some who needs inspiration to do it while there are also some who does it out of passion.
Maybe I can consider my MIL as the later because they are about to transfer in their newly built house anytime this month and she's so ready for her interior designs as to the furniture and fixture's arrangement and all. She even got one similar decorative wire baskets just to add a character of their table top in their living room. See? that's how meticulous she is when it comes to home decorating.
I bet all of you love to eat this kind of native snacks. Actually, this was served when I attended our office's Mid-year Performance review weeks ago. I am sharing this to you because for the first time I was able to appreciate and consumed them all. Congrats to me and I am now starting to love this deli snacks!
I know I am not a musician but I love music so much. Every time I'll see some performers (guitarists: base and lead, pianist, percussionists, drummers and vocalists? I'll tend to adore them of their talents. But I know their performance would not only depends on the instruments alone but sometimes they need the help of their amplifiers or whatsoever just to make powerful effects of their show. Correct me if I'm wrong!
But anyway, what make it more powerful if they will use their talents and skills for the greater glory of God!

I know someone who is so techie geek. I remember her giving a new phone to her boyfriend as a Christmas gift, another cellphone to her niece as a graduation gift. Every time there is a new phone release in the market, she'll make sure that she has one of them. In other words, she is so updated when it comes to gadgets. But recently, she awarded herself another new model of a certain phone and an Ipad at at the same time. Well, you can't really blamed her on her generosity because she bought a new galaxy s2 for her eldest daughter.
Hhhmmm, when can I received a new gadget coming from you my friend? :)
This would be the usual statement we had in our office, "What's wrong with you?"~ which refers to our personal computer (PC). :) I guess you probably know why... Well, we always wanted a solution on how to speed up your computer, and with this system mechanic we hope that it can really fix and speed up our PCs in the office automatically. For sure if this will truly work then it will be included in our procurement plan for the next year's budget.
