Adam Kutner cooking. The birds are chirping, flowers are blooming and the grass is growing. As the weather starts to warm up and the days grow longer, there is one thing that takes precedence in my thoughts. Grilling. Summer cooking means one thing to me, moving the kitchen outside. My grill has sat covered and dejected all winter long, crowned with leaves, then snow, it has waited out the seasons like a hibernating bear. Now that the sure signs of spring are here, I will help it stretch, yawn and fully awaken. There is nothing better than the first grilled meal following a long cold
winter.
