Actually, it is a natural and healthy fatty acid that is actually essential to the basic functioning of one's body. It can be found in multiple sources, including various plant sources such as sunflower oil.
Again, I've heard good reviews about this product with no side-effects unless you are allergic to the source of CLA. Okay then, I'll recommend it to her and to my sis also. Hope it will work on them this time.
