It’s been a month and a half that I am into jogging and walking after office hours. I mean, I’m getting fit and healthier this time. Wohoo! Just like yesterday, I went to our city's oval track to spend an hour of sweating out all the unnecessary fats in my body. It was my first time to be in that sports center that I was so amazed as I saw the beautiful sunset while I took my rounds. Aside from that scenery, I have seen many athletes who really have disciplined themselves in devoting their time for their practice. To some they were there because they badly needed it. *wink*Well, in my case I am getting ready for our mountain climbing adventure as well as our upcoming sports fest in the office next month. Whew I am so excited to play badminton with my colleagues and for sure if there will be a sports bet that will happen on that day, we will surely win. Same as with the other sports that my friends would engage into, they will also win because they are well-practiced. Opps do I sound like so conceited now? I hope am not! Well, we still need to devote more of our time for this upcoming sports events.
