Just this lunch break, we have agreed with my bosses and office mates that we will have to devote at least 3 hours in a week just to let our sweats out. We planned to have a “hataw” (fitness dance) every MWF for at least an hour will do. All of us here in the office get so excited for tomorrow’s activity after office hours. I really miss this kind of activity since I seldom do such because of my stressful hectic schedule, from work to home-plus my blogging career at night.LOL! Good thing that we will start right away just to unload our stress through dancing which is my forte. Let's sweat it all out....Yahoooo!…
